  Brown's Funeral home staff was very professional, My grandpa's funeral went smooth from the first day of planning till the very end. They surprise my family with a large fleece throw with my grandpa picture on it, a young man who works for them sang beautifully at the church. They send my grandpa off in style, from the care that was provided to the limos to the drivers. We received lots of compliments from people who attented the funeral asking us about brown funeral home. Everything came out perfect. I want to thank Miss Deborah and Mr. Brown for all you did for my family, and for making this process as smooth as possible, the professionalism was outstanding. Thank you to Brown's Funeral home best funeral service in town by far!!!.

  My family had used this funeral home twice in two years.I really enjoyed their service today.The drivers were professional and the rug with my cousin picture was beautiful.The escort was on point.There's no more words to express my gratitude.On behalf of our family and Derlius family thanks a lot.

  In March 2012 Brown's provided cremation and memorial services for my husband. The experience exceeded my expectations; they were kind, efficient, professional, and provided great comfort in my time of need. There were several nice surprises at the service, including a video presentation of photos which included Niagara Falls, his birthplace and a chronological pictorial review of his life. They also provided and set up a room for gathering and refreshments afterwards. The following week, they sent us photos they had taken at the gathering via email. I would highly recommend them without reservation.

  Brown's Funeral Home was very professional from the beginning. They travelled 2 hours to pick up my uncle's body within 3 hours of his passing. They created very nice collages of our pictures and treated my family with lots of care.
